Yevheniia Izmaylova is a project manager, founder and leader of “Save Beauty” initiative. She was born in Sumy on May 20, 1989.
She studied at Sumy State University, majoring in Management and Economics. In 2011, she graduated from the Sumy State University with a degree in “Enterprise Economist”

“Save Beauty” is a charitable initiative whose participants are willing to perform several surgeries every week. The main thing is to accept help. The issue is that many people don’t know who to turn to and are afraid to trust others. Yevheniia is convinced that beauty and recovery are important even during the war. So, the time is now!
As a student, in 2010-2011, Yevheniia Izmaylova began working as a development manager for “Resorts and Sanatoriums of Ukraine” project.
Until 2013, she led key clients in sourcing at grc.ua, and by 2018 she was a business development manager and headed the VIP guest programs department at ExpoPromoter.
From 2018 to 2020, she worked as a project manager and Scrum Master on various software development projects for companies such as Global Talent and Ciklum. Since 2020, she has been working as an operations manager in the investment fintech fund N1.
Yevheniia’s great experience demonstrates that she is an active and goal-oriented person who always strives for more. When Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, Yevheniia did not stand aside. She began assisting the military officers and then realized that she wanted to help everyone whose faces bore literal imprints of war.
Mission and life work
In 2022, Yevheniia Izmaylova, together with the owner of AM System, Yevhen Shagov, and media person Pavlo Inov, founded the large-scale project “Save Beauty”. This is a charitable initiative whose team assists all Ukrainians in restoring the aesthetics of their faces, which war has taken away.
Yevheniia Izmaylova is familiar with the pain of injury and the challenging path to facial recovery, as she herself has gone through it.
At the age of 17, she suffered a severe third-degree burn on her cheek, a long-lasting injury that did not heal for a long time and turned into a hypertrophic scar.
Recovery took 7 long years and 7 complex surgeries because meticulous work is required to restore the aesthetics of the face. Yevheniia knows from her own experience how to create a comfortable treatment environment and provide comprehensive support. Thus, in the spring of 2022, the idea for the project was born.
Yevheniia Izmaylova was supported by her mate, media personality Pavlo Inov. This marked the beginning of the project. Medical coordinator Yevhen Shagov, owner of AM SYSTEM clinic, also joined. In 2023, Rostyslav Valikhnovski, owner of “Valikhnovski MD” medical center, joined the initiative. The main goal of “Save Beauty” initiative is to help as many military personnel and civilians as possible who have sustained injuries from shelling, explosive facial trauma, and other injuries that have left scars.
Despite having significant experience in organizing international delegations for foreign exhibitions and conferences, fund management became a new direction for Yevheniia Izmaylova. Her decision was to position “Save Beauty” as a joint initiative from herself and her partners. Yevheniia assembled a professional team of doctors, psychologists, organizers, and media personalities. Each of them contributes to the smooth and inspiring operation and development of the initiative.
. Yevheniia believes that “Save Beauty” will have a great future and that the charitable initiative will evolve into a fund.
The team and partners provide all services for free. The initiative covers 100% of expenses for consultations, examinations, plastic surgeries, psychological support, and rehabilitation. Similar assistance has already been provided to dozens of victims, but Yevheniia and the team are not stopping at what has been achieved. “Save Beauty” is a charitable initiative whose participants are willing to perform several surgeries every week.
