"This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the ""Policy"") regulates relations in the field of protection of personal data of visitors to the website https://savebeauty.com.ua/ (hereinafter - ""Website""), which belongs to the Charitable organization ""Charitable Fund ""Save Beauty"" identification code of the legal entity - 44771445; location: Ukraine, 03061, city of Kyiv, Shepeleva Mykoly St., building 6, office 105/1, registered under the current legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter - ""Fund"")."
  • GENERAL PROVISIONS
    • This Policy is designed to inform personal data subjects about the procedure for processing their personal data when visiting/using the Website, as well as to ensure the protection of their personal data during such processing.
    • This Policy, as well as the activities of the Fund related to the collection, processing, storage and other lawful actions regarding personal data, is regulated by:
      Constitution of Ukraine;
      The Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" №2287-VI dated 01.06.2010;
      other applicable regulations of Ukraine that regulate the protection of personal data;
      ratified in Ukraine international regulations.
      The legal relations arising in connection with the processing of personal data of residents of foreign jurisdictions also apply the law (including international), national and international regulations governing the protection of personal data of residents of such countries.
    • The owner of personal data processed in connection with the visit / use of the Website's options is the Fund. The Fund has the right to fully or partially process personal data to third parties on the basis of a contract concluded in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
    • A natural person is a subject of personal data under this Policy, if he or she is a visitor to the Website, including if he or she uses any options available on the Website.
    • The Fund guarantees that:
      adheres to good practice and regulatory requirements for the protection of personal data;
      protects the rights of personal data subjects;
      prevents the risk of violating the security of personal data processing.
    • The purpose of processing of personal data obtained during the operation of the Website is the Fund's implementation of its statutory activities, and may be used in particular, but is not limited for following purposes:
      registration of reports on the activities carried out;
      identifying the provision of charity;
      verifying the fact of providing charitable assistance;
      helping resolve issues that may arise when making charitable assistance and/or monthly payment (subscription);
      contacting the Benefactor with information about new fees, requests for assistance, support and more.
    • The posting of this Policy by the link specified in clause 4.1 of this Policy is a notification of personal data subjects about the Owner, the composition and content of personal data collected in connection with the visit / use of the Website, the rights of such subjects, the purpose of collecting their personal data and third parties to whom such personal data may be transferred.
  • PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
    • The Fund may collect and process the following information about you:
      Information you provide to the Fund: this includes information about you that you provide through the use of the Website and its options, signing up for email updates, providing charitable assistance (donations) through the Website, and communicating with the Fund through options available on the Website, etc.
      Information about you that the Website and other systems collect: if you visit the Website, third parties may collect certain information about you and your visit, such as the type and version of your browser, as well as the pages on the Website that you visit, your Internet Protocol (IP) address; the Website may also download cookie files to your device; if you are in contact with the Fund’s staff through the Website or other electronic communication means.
      Information collected by third parties about you on the Website by performing actions: this is information about you that you provide to third parties (for example, Facebook, Google, Twitter) by using sharing options in social networks available on the Website, when navigating from one page to another or by viewing materials that have links to other platforms (websites).
    • How the Fund processes your personal data depends on how you use the Website and interact with it. Some information may be provided directly by you during your use of the Website or otherwise; other information may be collected and processed by the Fund independently using automated technologies employed on the Website.

      – receive from the Fund information not defined by this Policy, regarding processing, conditions providing access to your – personal data, or to give an appropriate order to obtain this information by authorized persons, except as required by law;
      – for free access to your personal data;
      – receive a response to a request for the processing of your personal data in the manner and within the period specified by the current legislation;
      – submit a reasoned claim with objection to the processing of your personal data, or to alter or destroy your personal data, if such data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
      – to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is unreliable or discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
      – withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data; and to use other rights, defined by the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
